Creator Analytics

Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 November 2026

The service

The Creator Analytics Dashboard is a performance reporting service of CBLabs Information Technology Services(“we”, “us”), for independent content creators and the agencies they work with. Creators can create their own account at /signup. Agencies join by invitation: email support@creator-analytics.ph. By creating an account, signing in, or connecting an account to the dashboard, you agree to these terms.

Connecting an account

Creators own and run their Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts. Where a platform needs the owner’s permission, the creator connects the account themselves, through an invitation link and the platform’s own consent screen (Facebook’s, Instagram’s, Google’s or TikTok’s). They can end that connection at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Creator Analytics uses that access only to read, for performance reporting and nothing else. It never posts, uploads, edits, replies to, hides or deletes anything on a connected account.

Connect only an account you own, or one you are authorised to manage for its owner.

Acceptable use

If you have a dashboard account, you agree:

  • to keep your sign-in to yourself, and not to share it or let anyone else use it;
  • to use what the dashboard shows only for your own work, or your agency’s work with the creators it describes;
  • not to try to reach data, screens or countries your account has not been given, or to get around a limit the dashboard sets;
  • not to copy the service’s data out in bulk except through the exports it offers, and not to probe, overload or interfere with the service;
  • to follow the terms of the platforms the data comes from, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Every new account starts with a free 7-day trial; no card is needed. After the trial, a creator pays ₱299 a month on the Creator plan (a year costs ten months), and an agency ₱199 a month for each seat (₱149 from the 51st, at least ₱1,990 a month), paid month by month. Payment is made as shown on your Billing page. When a trial or paid period ends unpaid, the dashboard pauses until payment is recorded; your data is kept. A creator uses their own login free while an agency that uses Creator Analytics has them active; a creator no agency has active is on the Creator plan.

On the Agency plan, each payment buys seats for the period it pays for: one for every creator the agency has active when it pays, and at least the ten its monthly minimum covers. During that period an agency cannot have more creators active than it has seats; during the free trial, up to ten. A creator who joins beyond them is added as paused, and a paused creator can be made active only when a seat is free. Paused creators do not use a seat. More seats can be bought on the Billing page while a paid period runs; they are charged only for the days left in the period, and end with it. Pausing or removing a creator does not refund a seat.

When a trial or paid period ends unpaid and stays unpaid for 14 days, we stop collecting new figures for that account until payment is recorded; what was already collected stays.

If a creator’s own Creator plan stays unpaid for 90 days after it ends, we permanently delete that creator’s account and everything collected for it: the profile, posts, videos, livestreams, figures and connected-account access. We email the creator 30 days and 7 days before. This does not apply to a creator an agency that uses Creator Analytics has active. Records of payments already made are kept.

Payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time on your Billing page; your plan then stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not charged again. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or a correction if we charge you by mistake, for example twice for the same period.

Platform data and availability

The service depends on the Meta Graph API, the Instagram API, YouTube API Services and the TikTok Display API, and the figures it shows are those platforms’ own, as returned by their APIs. When a platform changes, limits or withdraws its API, what the dashboard can show may change with it.

We may add, change or remove features, and the service may at times be unavailable, for example during maintenance or a platform outage. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close a dashboard account that breaks these terms, or when the person’s work with the agency or the service ends. Any account can also be closed on request: a creator from their own page (Settings, then Account, then Delete my account and data), anyone by emailing support@creator-analytics.ph.

A creator can disconnect an account at any time, and can have the data we hold about it deleted, as set out on our Data Deletion page. What happens to stored data after an account is disconnected or closed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, for performance reporting. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those set out in these terms, including that the figures are complete or suited to a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or opportunities, arising from the use of the service or from a platform’s figures being late, incomplete or wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means accepting the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about them or about the service goes to the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
