Creator Analytics

Data Deletion

Last updated: 8 November 2026

Who this is for

The Creator Analytics Dashboard reads the performance of the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts of the content creators that Creator Analytics works with, with each creator’s agreement. This page explains how a creator can withdraw that agreement, and how to have the data we hold about their Page, channel or account deleted. Our Privacy Policy describes what is collected.

Step 1 — Disconnect

If you have a dashboard login, you can disconnect any platform yourself from your Settings page, under Connections: collection stops at once and the stored credential is discarded. You can also disconnect from the platform itself, as below, or email support@creator-analytics.ph.

Facebook. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, find Creator Analytics and remove it. This revokes the access you granted; collection for your Page stops at our next attempt. Disconnecting the Page from your Settings page, or emailing support@creator-analytics.ph to have it disconnected, discards the stored credential immediately.

Instagram. In Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Creator Analytics. Instagram tells us straight away: the account is disconnected, collection stops, and everything we hold for it is deleted.

YouTube. Open myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Creator Analytics. This stops the private analytics (watch time, subscriber changes and the like) at our next attempt, and we delete the analytics we hold for your channel within 7 days. A channel’s public numbers (views, likes, comments and subscriber count) need no permission from you, so they keep being read until you disconnect the channel from your Settings page, or email support@creator-analytics.ph to have it disconnected. Disconnecting a channel deletes everything we hold for it.

TikTok. In the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services, and remove Creator Analytics. Collection stops at our next attempt.

Step 2 — Request deletion of what was stored

For Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, disconnecting from the dashboard stops collection but keeps the reports already built, because they are part of the reporting history. (Removing Creator Analytics inside Instagram deletes that account’s data, as described above and below. Disconnecting a YouTube channel deletes everything we hold for it, and YouTube data that is not refreshed is deleted after 30 days in any case.) To have them removed, email a deletion request to CBLabs Information Technology Services at support@creator-analytics.ph, naming the Page, channel or account. Within 30 days we delete the profile details, posts, videos, livestreams, metrics and comments we hold for it, together with any stored credential, and we confirm the deletion to you in writing.

Instagram. Removing Creator Analytics in Instagram also passes Instagram’s data-deletion request to us: we delete everything we hold for that account — its profile, posts and metrics — at once and give you a confirmation code. Emailing us works too.

What we never hold. We never store the identity of anyone who commented — no names, profile links or avatars — so a comment is deleted with the content it belongs to and nothing about the commenter survives it. We hold no Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok passwords; the access you grant is a revocable credential that you control from those services’ own settings.

Dashboard accounts

A creator’s own account. On your page, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete my account and data, or email support@creator-analytics.ph. Within 30 days we delete your login, your profile, your connected accounts and every report built from them, and confirm by email. You can withdraw the request until then. A creator account left unpaid for 90 days after its plan ends is deleted automatically, in the same way.

An agency team member’s account. Your agency’s administrator can remove it, or email us; the account is deactivated at once and deleted on request.
